U.S. Entities No Longer Required to File FinCEN BOI Reports

As of March 26, 2025, the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) suspended the Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reporting requirement for all entities created in the United States — including those previously classified as “domestic reporting companies.” This means that U.S.-based companies and their beneficial owners are no longer required to file BOI reports under the Corporate Transparency Act.
